Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use form an End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Oliver Kremmer ("we", "us") governing your use of Lifeline OS (the "app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
- Tiers and prices. Lifeline Plus: $5.99/month or $49.99/year. Lifeline Pro: $34.99/month or $349.99/year. The annual tiers include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial. If you do not cancel during the free trial, the paid subscription begins at the end of the trial and you will be charged the renewal price. Cancelling during the trial avoids the charge.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
- Managing or cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Restoring purchases. Subscriptions can be restored from the in-app Settings → Restore purchases.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law. You agree not to use the app to violate any applicable law.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the app. You are responsible for the content you choose to store. We do not claim any rights to your content.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must cease all use of the app.
8. Third-party services — Apple
Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the app. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product liability claims, or third-party intellectual property claims relating to the app.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oliver Kremmer resides, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
